Ride with confidence knowing our motorcycle parts come with a dedicated 1-year manufacturing warranty. We stand behind the quality of our products, offering reliable coverage for any manufacturing defects.
Selected lines are sold with Extended Warranties. These are only valid if registered with the manufacturer within 1 month of purchase. Items not registered will only be covered for the first year.
Warranty on any and all products sold by Bike Torque Racing Ltd is invalidated by their use in racing or track riding. All parts used in racing are not warrantied in any way.
Where mistakes have occurred we will accept most mail order parts for return, provided they are returned to us within 14 days of despatch. Special order items cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, credited or cancelled under any circumstances. All other parts may be returned according to the following guidelines.
Parts ordered incorrectly will incur a 20% restocking charge and carriage charges cannot be refunded. If the error is ours, returned parts will be refunded in full or can be exchanged for the correct parts if they are in stock.
We do our best to make sure every order is dispatched correctly but occasional mistakes do happen. If you have found an item is missing or you have received a different item to what was ordered, please let us know within 5 working days so we can rectify the issue.
